Nothing made by human beings is perfect, and with something as complex as an upgrade to Windows, you can practically bet the farm that something s will go wrong.

Moreover, with Windows 10 Microsoft is managing the upgrade process much better than with earlier versions of Windows. Microsoft can fix problems or try to in successive waves, and even avoid sending the upgrade to certain devices if the telemetry identifies configurations that fail when the upgrade is applied.

It takes several months to upgrade all Windows 10 devices. I think the wisest course is to wait until the upgrade comes to you.
