Description
This image was taken when I visited Queretaro. Papel picado is a decorative craft made by cutting elaborate designs into sheets of tissue paper. Papel picado is considered a Mexican folk art. Looking up, I was able to get a different perspective to include a full decorative image of the green papel picado. This image has a background of black and white I manipulated, and the original color of the papel picado is brightly highlighted.
